We took Toby to the Dunedin dog park this afternoon. We were the only ones there, which was good because we were trying to go easy on him today. The Dunedin dog park (official name: Achieva Paw Park) is much smaller than the Enterprise Dog Park in Clearwater, but it has a cool tunnel that we coaxed Toby into going through. The park has separate areas for large and small dogs.
It was 75 degrees today.
And then headed to Wall Springs Park (Coastal Addition) by car. It was 66 degrees, a bit chilly for biking.
Late this afternoon, I detached this hideous PVC arbor from the house and neighbors' fence, installed by the previous owner. I plan to put it out on the street to see if anyone wants it. If not, I'll disassemble it and place it out on the street Tuesday for pick up. (Toby's looking out from his dog bed in the picture above.) I did some raking, and I filled up our garbage bin with crap the previous owner had stashed in the bed on the north side of the house: hose, metal poles, metal stakes, two glass jars, concrete blocks, etc.
I made dental appointments for the two of us for December. It has been a year since I've been to the dentist because of Covid. John went in NC in March on our whirlwind visit before returning to Florida for lock down.

Wow you were on a roll. I remember the PcV pipe. It was kinda like an arbor right? I kept wondering what you were talking about but recognized it (I think) when I saw it. Doesn’t it make you feel good when you get rid of accumulated stuff you don’t need.......especially someone else’s stuff.
ReplyDeleteYes. Some day we’ll get rid of miles of coaxial cable and 4 antennas in the attic and 1 outside. I think he was a Ham radio operator.
