A beautiful day, but not exactly warm. The high was 64.
I rode my bike to the dentist to have two small cavities re-filled from my Mebane dentist. My new dentist was not satisfied with the work. He showed me the problem on the X-ray. The new fillings feel much better and it didn’t hurt at all. The Mebane dentist almost made me hop out of the chair.
The only reason I have a big smile on my face is because half of my face was completely numb from the dentist. I could not NOT stop smiling. Yeah for pain medicine.

I got a chuckle out of your dental smile. Glad you have a better dentist in Dunedin. The temperature never got over 45 TODAY and the wind was up and no sun. Therefore I lifted weights and did floor exercises for 45 minutes. My program calls for weights 3 times a week which I have done NONE. LOVE TO ALL.
