Toby's day was complete: he got to play with Yuki.
We saw this flowering plant wedged in the nook of this tree. I don't know what it is, but it's pretty.
We drove to Palm Springs to scope out John's vaccination location. While we were there, we drove to Wall Springs Park and walked Toby.
Finally, after three days, the sun came out. It got up to 71 degrees today.
We were beginning to get a bit grumpy after three days with no sun. I think we're now spoiled.
John got his first Moderna shot this afternoon. His second is in 4 weeks. My second one (Pfizer) is two weeks from this Thursday. By May 4th we will be able to gather safely with one other vaccinated family without masks. It's going to feel weird at first. We've had a lot of driveway conversations over the past year.

I think the flowering plant on the tree is an orchid. I have an app called Picture This. You can take a picture of a flower and or plant and it will identify the plant. It always asks you to pay for the app but I never do. Just cancel and it will tell you what the plant is. You would get more info if you chose to purchase the app.
