 Even though the temperature was 63 degrees most of the day, there was very little sun. It felt like winter again.

 

 

A little bit of blue sky peeped through the clouds every now and then.

The cool weather forced me to find warmth in the colors of the flowers. The azaleas in the picture above surround the second oldest tree in Dunedin.

This morning actually began warmer than it ended. For our causeway walk, the temperature was 65 degrees, though cloudy. The wind was blowing 16 mph, so we took the car instead of the bikes.

 I investigated the accent lighting in the living room. There are four 48 inch units in the living room and three in the kitchen, all mounted as the ones pictured above. I found a suitable replacement LED light for $33.99 from ACE Hardware. At least I won't have to look up to install them--that's the worst part of hanging light fixtures.

Toby was very patient today, especially considering our limited activities for him. 

 

We had leftover chicken that John had cooked. I made some fresh rice and turnips. Easy meal.
