Sunday

Toby with his toy squirrel

We rode our bikes downtown to walk this morning, so we dropped by to say good morning to Mom and Dad. They look like inmates at the Victoria in the picture above.

They went to the Methodist church downtown this morning for a change.

We checked out the new ice cream store for dogs downtown. They have tons of treats for dogs, including two freezers filled with doggie ice cream. Interesting little store.

Toby took a break on his afternoon walk.

Mom got this sunset shot from her walk on Victoria Drive last night.

After dinner, we rode our bikes to take Mom and Dad some BBQ chicken that our neighbors made for us. While we were there, Dad mentioned the knock they’ve been hearing in their car. So we headed out to find the bumpiest roads in Dunedin to see if we could help locate the source or at least confirm the rattle. We heard it, but it seemed to be coming from more than one place, primarily the passenger front door, which just so happens to be the one that was repaired after a parking lot mishap.

Dad is also unhappy with the way the windshield wipers rest when off.

I told him not to even look at our car for fear he’ll find something wrong with it. Ha!  I’d rather not know about it.

Today’s bike route to the Victoria Condos (x2)

Miles walked: 6.4
Miles biked: 10.55

  1. Another fun day. Thank you for giving Ron so much attention tonight. Rest well. I will go to Zumba at 10:15 in the morning at the Hale Center. Ron will read in the library reading room.

  2. Love mom and dads routine of Zumba and library. Dad has a thing about windshield wipers on all cars.

    I love moms sunset picture.

Wonder how long the doggie ice cream store will stay in business. Do they have any ice cream for humans? And do dogs like ice cream?
