Showers were predicted this morning after our Toby walk, so we drove to Ace to get some more mulch and then to the grocery store. We missed our morning causeway walk, but the rain was nice, too.
It was 75 degrees with a 9 mph breeze before the rain came.
After lunch, I headed to the gym on my bike. The weather was back to normal, 86 degrees and partly sunny. After going to the outdoor gym at Weaver Park, I rode to the marina.

Toby exhausted us today, but we needed to work with him to get ready for tomorrow’s training. Having two weeks off makes us uncertain how it will go. Today, we walked, trained, ran him with John on the trike, and played fetch after dinner.
John made his third batch of dog treats, trying to get them just right.
We put down all the mulch this afternoon for this bed.
It looks a lot less creepy.
We will work on the other front bed next.
John made chicken in the crockpot and green beans. I made mashed potatoes.
We did some house cleaning after Toby’s last fetching outing. We took him straight to our shower, so he left a trail from the back door. 🐾
