John got his hair cut by a professional this afternoon.
I rode with him and we popped into a few shops before his appointment.
We saw this sign and thought of Pam and Jeff.
We had the lunch special at Bambino’s on the way downtown. We got spinach Strombolies.
I left John at the salon and rode over to the marina.
Then I rode down the Edgewater sidewalk that runs along St. Joseph’s Sound. At Sunset Point in Clearwater, I turned east and got on the Pinellas Trail. I crossed Stevenson Creek and turned around when I got to Alt 19.
Toby was back to normal today with his usual energy. A neighbor brought us two slices of cake, and Toby slipped out the door, ran around the house, and ate an avocado before we could lure him back inside.
We took him in his go cart for a ride through the neighborhood and for a walk at Highlander Park.
He got his dinner in two puzzles.
It didn’t take him long to remember how this one works. He didn’t rip any of the hinged lids off. Instead he used his nose to lift them open and slide the compartments back and forth.
He’s really fast with this one now.
Last walk of the day
John’s new haircut
Very cute
Toby has been a handful today. I think I prefer him on Benadryl.
But when he’s sweet, he’s very sweet.
