Thursday (Thanksgiving)

We enjoyed a wonderful feast with neighbors.

Our hosts

Mashed potatoes, our sweet potato pie, cranberries, corn bread, our dressing 

Two turkeys and a ham and one tofurky (tofu turkey)

We transferred our dressing into a round dish. It was a hit. Everyone wanted the recipe. It was firm around the edges and moist in the center.

Sweet potatoes, kale, Brussels sprouts 

Apple pie, brownies 

Pretty table inside. We had dessert outside on the screened in porch.

We came home with more food than we took!

I got the tree plugged in and repositioned. Our host knows the people who put the tree on the curb. Turns out, she was hoping to get the tree, but we got it first.
