It started out cold and gloomy this morning. The temperature was in the lower 60s. We decided to skip our causeway walk and drive the car to get groceries. After lunch, the sun came out and warmed things up to 72 degrees, so off I went to the gym at Weaver Park.
I saw a wood stork in a tree above the Pinellas Trail.
The gym was busy with locals and snowbirds all raving about the beautiful weather after yesterday’s weather: overcast and chilly.
I didn’t really want to go to the gym today, but once I got there, I’m glad I did.
We’re watching Smiley on Netflix. It’s a romantic drama about two gay guys who are opposites. They can’t stand each other, but they also want to keep seeing each other because they are tired of being alone or tired of one night stands. Their main connection is that they are kind and sincere, so there is something there. Oh, and they both love romantic movies.
We got a notice that our furniture is coming tomorrow. I hope we like it.

Excited about your furniture delivery. We went with 3 neighbors to a Sr luncheon at GS today. They had a comedian for entertainment. A nice event. GS really provides for their seniors. I baked some goodies

ReplyDeleteI played tennis today for the first time since my Mor’s surgery. Glad I had an extra 3rd week to recover due to rain. My leg did great. Then went to the gym. Did paperwork stuff this afternoon.
Went to dinner with sailing friends tonight.
We finally got a wee bit of sunshine today.
I love my HI t-shirt! Glad you were able to play tennis. And glad GS is taking good care of our parents.
