We went to Petsmart this morning for our weekly humiliation. We all struggled. The trainer tried to help us and encourage us, but we felt like we couldn’t do anything right. Toby is making progress from his first attempt at advanced, but it seems unlikely that he will move on to the super advanced class any time soon.
We were completely exhausted. It is mentally draining to listen to the trainer, understand what she’s saying, remember it, and then physically lead your dog with three other big dogs making noises in a small space. We try to be chill and make it fun, but that lasts until the first command. Toby slept from 11:00-4:00 while I read and John played his computer game.
The skies were gray and it sprinkled a few times. The temperature was 64 degrees but it didn’t feel like it. We finally took Toby out for his second walk of the day around 4:30.

Momma would say get a good night’s sleep and things will look better in the morning. Sounds like Toby’s class was VERY HARD! We had a sunny day however I didn’t stick my head out all day. Washed 4 loads of clothes. Pressed a few items and didn’t cook all day. We had sandwiches and chicken stew all day. However I did make some pancakes for breakfast. Nothing like yours. Love you.
