We enjoyed a beautiful 70-75 degree walk on the causeway this morning.
A 9 mph breeze kept it comfortable. Shorts and T-shirts.
The water continues to be clear and free of Red Tide.
We stopped by Publix on our bikes and picked up fresh things for the weekend.
After lunch, we took Toby to Highlander Park for a walk.
Hardly any clouds in the sky.
After our walk, I headed to the gym to exercise.
The kids are back in school, and the old men have our gym back. It was peaceful and quiet.
Our cable adapter and USB SuperDrive arrived today. This weekend, we’ll bring our box of CDs in and see how it works for storing our music on our computer’s hard drive and then sharing with our iPhones.
Late this afternoon, we took Toby to Stirling Park and then the Pinellas Trail for a walk. We crossed Curlew Creek on the trail and on a separate bridge inside the north section of Stirling Park.
There were hundreds of foot-long mullet swimming along the banks. It’s good to see live fish again after the last Red Tide massacre.
Toby did pretty well on the bridge. He kept in the center.

We bought a prepared salad for dinner and added cucumbers, grilled chicken, and walnuts.
Toby has been subdued today, probably still recovering from last night’s trick training class.

I went to Danville to The Gingerbread House today. A nice get away. Danville is getting a Caesar Casino to be completed 2024, along with a 500 room hotel.Hiring 1300 in addition to the ones already hired for start up.
