A morning kayaker from our causeway walk. Caladesi is in the background to the left and the Gulf of Mexico lies straight ahead beyond the breakers.
We crossed the causeway again today to avoid the bridge railing repair.
The county is also bringing in sand and rocks to shore up the causeway from erosion. This is an ongoing project to protect the causeway. A lot of that sand ends up in St. Joseph’s Sound. Some of it gets in our hair and car on windy days.
Remnants from Valentines
Hear is a picture of the sidewalk that goes under the bridge. I took this picture as I crossed above.
It was 80 degrees when I headed to the outdoor gym after lunch.
I had a normal workout, and I got to ride my bike. 😁
My yoga mat came today, after I got back from the gym. The black straps will make it easier to transport while riding my bike.
John liked it so much he ordered another one for him.
We took Toby to Highlander Park in the golf cart late this afternoon for a walk. In Florida, fall and spring happen at the same time. Leaves on the grass below and new growth on the trees above.
We enjoyed a nice 77 degree, sunny walk.
Last walk of the day
Miles walked: 11.4
Miles biked: 10.31

Love the pic of the kayaker and the Gulf and Caladesi. Need to add it to your picture wall. The causeway sand is beautiful as is your sidewalk pic.
