Tuesday

Another beautiful day in Dunedin. We enjoyed a partly sunny walk on the causeway this morning. The clouds almost looked fake. We rode our bikes and had the wind at our back on the way home, an unusual westerly  breeze.

The air was clear, winds moderate.

The clouds made a dappled pattern across the surface of the water.

I did some writing after lunch after waking up this morning with interesting dreams. Writing is hard work! I got a headache from thinking so hard. I ended up editing out large chunks, which is what good writing demands. John read and gave great feedback. Now, I need to leave it alone for a while so I can see it with fresh eyes.

Blackie is hunting lizards on the windowsill.

The electrician comes tomorrow to disconnect our house intercom/radio/alarm/doorbell system. This system was already dated when it was installed in 1991. It’s definitely dated now. We hope that we’ll be able to dismantle everything once it’s disconnected, and we hope to have a new doorbell installed.

  1. That is not Blackie. That is his little sister.

You are a wonderful writer. You should really consider
    writing a book.

I just finished mad honey. A book about a transgender girl Who was born a boy. So so good. Made me cry.

I finally planted all my plants so that now all I have to do is water and fertilize to keep them alive.

I am playing tennis tomorrow in the Senior Games !😱😱😱

  2. Definitely Blackie’s little sister OR HIS BABY. Your weather is extra beautiful. I bought several flowers this morning and kept testing the weather and ended up putting them beside the grill for protection. We have some low 40’s predicted for the next 5 days. Rats! Glad you are writing which you do so well. Think about writing a book.
