Christmas came early this year. John got a Playstation 5, PS5, for those in the know.
It arrived from Amazon late this afternoon, and he's been busy setting it up. It hooks up to our TV and has a remote controller. Essentially, it allows him to play the games he's been playing on our iMac, but on this much larger screen, with a fancier controller. He's completely mesmerized.
Now, I get full access to our computer anytime I want it. I've learned to do almost everything on my phone, but it can be a bit tedious sometimes, especially writing anything. I'm so excited!
Our neighbor brought us three of his homegrown, organic mangoes. He's had this tree for ten years. They brought it with them from Texas! It made for a great salad topper.
We had a nice walk on the causeway this morning. I cleaned the gutters before lunch. We didn't know they needed cleaning until it rained the other day. Before then, we hadn't had rain for a long time.
It ended up raining this evening for about 5 minutes.
Toby has had a pretty good day, not as good as the previous three, but much better than he had been.
so happy for John. Shiloh and he need to talk. and so happy that you have access to your computer. some things just need to be done on a computer.

After church and lunch I fell asleep in my chair for THREE HOURS. Never done before.
