We cooked this Martha Stewart recipe Friday night: Egg "Noodle," Broccolini, and Mushroom Stir Fry. The noodles are made by making a thin omelette and slicing it up into strips for a literal egg noodle. Touch the picture and it will load in its own window; then you can use your fingers to expand the image.
Prepping for a new recipe is key.
Getting things chopped ahead of time saves time.
Making egg "noodles"
My first egg pancake.
Roll them up while the top is still sticky, then slice into noodles.
Great flavor. It was quite hot, maybe only half of a red pepper next time. Lots of protein.
It finally warmed up this afternoon. We drove the golf cart to Stirling Park and walked to the drawbridge.
It was good to get out and be warm for a change.
In the late afternoons, Toby goes shopping in the closet. He takes a bone in and drops it, then walks out with a sock. He brings it to the living room, hoping it will get our attention and we'll take him for a walk.
