Another gorgeous day. I rode my bike north on the Pinellas Trail to the Coastal trail in Wall Springs park. I saw some damaged waterfront homes, still under reconstruction from the hurricanes. The high today was a very pleasant 78 degrees. John and I have decided that anything under 70 feels cold to us now.
I've already ridden the same number of miles in February as I did in the entire month of January, about 60. Today's jaunt was over 16 miles.
There were lots of cyclists and pedestrians out enjoying the park. John and I walked this morning to Publix and back. Then this afternoon, we walked to the trail again. We ended up walking over 11 miles for the day, more walking than we are used to.
I had a hot bath in our new tub. I nearly fell asleep.
We had leftover cauliflower and black-eyed peas for dinner.
It was even better as a leftover.
Along with a salad on the side.

Enjoy that pretty weather. Here at 11:43 it is 43 degrees, cloudy and damp which makes 43 degrees seem much colder. Your food photos look great. I will try the cauliflower recipe next week. Wish me luck. So very sad to read about the weather damage still evident in Dunedin. The marina photos in another blog were terrible to see. Yes lots of money to restore. Your exercise regime is outstanding.
