Last walk of the day Thursday night

Waiting to go inside

After lunch on Friday, I took a bike ride to Wall Springs park, north on the Pinellas Trail.

 I rode around the island and then took the coastal trail to look out over the water. After visiting the water treatment plant for filtered, cold water, I headed back home.

It was sunny and 78 degrees.

Perfect day for a bike ride.

We walked a lot today, on the trail, in the neighborhood, in Stirling park, and in the aisles of Trader Joe's. We covered over 30 miles on foot and bike.

    Looks like a beautiful day there. We had nice weather in Wilmington this past week end with Pam and Jeff. However back in Mebane back to same old cool and cloudy today.
