Thursday

We finally made it to the new Trader Joe's in Palm Harbor. It opened at the end of last year. It's less than 4 miles from our house, but it's on the other side of dreaded highway 19. We got there before they opened at 9:00. By the time they opened, there was a line with the parking lot filling quickly. The store is larger than the Chapel Hill store and the parking lot was lots bigger with larger spaces. Everything inside was familiar. The prices on many things were lower than Publix, even accounting for the smaller sizes. Some prices were a lot lower, like for chocolate.

Bathroom renovation goodies arrived this afternoon!

The spout for the tub is above with the knob to divert the water to the shower at the end.

shower valves will be hidden in the wall

  2. I enjoyed looking at your new bathroom fixtures. Ya'll have such good taste. I wish Trader Joes was closer. Except for doctors appointments, we try to avoid going to CH and Durham. 85 has heavy traffic and is also under widening construction. A big mess!
