The city has removed all of the hurricane debris, treated the soil, and planted new grass in Highlander park field.
The city tested the soil before and after to ensure that it was safe.
We had lunch at Carvor's Fish Cafe for lunch.
The city was getting ready for Mardi Gras celebrations so we parked a block away and walked.
This morning we walked to the Pinellas Trail and almost to Publix.
Later in the morning, we road our bikes to pick up a few items. This is peak season in Florida for tourist and snowbirds. The bike racks were full at Publix.
The birthday boy looks, tall, thin, tan and handsome. You will enjoy watching the reseeded park grow. I had my flower beds shortened in width and had grass planted last season and enjoyed watching it grow.
