Mid 70s on a sunny Monday morning in Clearwater's Coachman Park
I left on my bike for the park after we walked Toby in the neighborhood. John stayed home to look after Toby.
I stopped at Weaver Park to do some strength training on the way home.
Lunch: chicken sandwich with Greek tzatziki cucumber yogurt, no mayo, plus apples, oranges, and walnuts.
We took Toby to the community center after lunch for a shaded walk.
For dinner, quinoa and black bean patties, Greek chick peas over rice, beets, roasted broccoli, and green beans.
No workers today.

I fertilized our 3 knock out roses, I planted a dianthus purchased last fall and never planted. Had a wonderful surprise visit with Pam and Jeff stopping on the way home from their Pamlico weekend with friends. Jeff replaced an ally flood light on a sensor light he installed some time back, checked out a hot water issue and set the timer on our rain bird. Very appreciated. I got all my plants out of the garage and put under a bush until the pressure washer man comes to pressure washes the house. I have really enjoyed being outside and on our patio. The pollen is slowly getting better.
