We filled up the new tub in anticipation of the plumbing and electrical inspection this morning. We ran a hose from the backyard in through the bathroom door to the outside. Otherwise, we would have been schlepping buckets of water from the laundry room sink. As it was, it took about 30 minutes to fill the tub with the hose, but it was easy, at least. Word came later that the inspector couldn't come until Tuesday, which is fine. We will be ready for him.
After John got back from jogging, we switched off on Toby-watch, and I rode my bike to Coachman Park in Clearwater to stretch. It was in the upper 70s, a gorgeous morning.
Enjoying the spectacular view at the top of the park.
I stopped at Weaver Park in Dunedin on the way home for strength training.
We had a hearty lunch.
Toby napped with his soft cone on. He has been in this one almost 24/7 for a week. His hot spot is healing, but still has a scab on it.
Here's a shout-out for Comfy Cone. I wrote a review in Amazon. You can tell it's popular and highly rated. It took us a while to find the right one. He even sleeps comfortably in this one, as you can see.
We took Toby in the golf cart to Highlander Park for a long walk under the shaded canopy.
For dinner: Arugula and blueberry salad
Grilled chicken from a neighbor and roasted potatoes, squash, cauliflower, and carrots.
John got this picture on our evening walk at Stirling Park. The ospreys have hatched their eggs.

I wondered if Toby was out of his collar. Tub story was interesting. Ya'll handle scheduling snafus better than us.
