2025 House Projects 

Renovations

• Second bathroom: tub, fixtures, sink, faucet, custom cabinet, toilet, bidet
• tiled back bedrooms and bathroom to match the rest of the house
• Removed wall A/C unit from sunroom and patched hole
• Added two vents and ductwork to sunroom
• Replaced 17 year old asphalt roof shingles with 24 gauge standing seam metal roof

Upgrades

• Bee-hive digital sprinkler controller
• Replaced both sprinkler manifolds
• garage door circuit board and console
• Painted house exterior
• replaced mailbox (on order)
• replaced entrance spotlight with sealed LED
• replaced garden hoses

Improvements

• unblocked second bathroom duct
• removed electrical boxes, conduits, cables and added cord cover to conceal two remaining cables
• replaced garage side door screen

• Primary Bath: tub, glass enclosure, fixtures, sinks, faucets, custom cabinet, toilet, bidet
• whole house floors except for back bedrooms and bathroom
• Primary closet

Upgrades

• door handles: interior and exterior (except for front door)
