Sunday

Storms!
It started raining before 11:00 this morning and rained off and on most of the day, almost 3 inches so far. The wind gusted to 22 mph at one point. Lots of thunder and lightning. The high temperature today was 70 degrees.

No damage that I could see.

We knew the rain was coming, so we walked Toby and then walked on the Pinellas Trail by ourselves. We headed north past Curlew. These cypress trees are just putting out their spring leaves—very pretty color.

We turned around at the pedestrian overpass at the Dunedin Youth Guild Park on Alt. 19. The storm front is on the horizon.

Toby has been a good sport.

It was a good day for lounging around and napping.

We got Chinese takeout for dinner.

I spent a few hours searching for the perfect hallway light fixtures. I thought it would be easy but no luck so far.

Miles walked: 6
Miles biked: 0

  1. We are home. Grass is mowed and flowers fertilized. Haven’t purchased flowers for my pots. Hope to do so soon.

  2. Photos of Toby are great. He looks like he had a lazy day. Sorry for your rainy day. Not fun! We have a good weather report tomorrow. It was pretty today but windy. Good luck on your light fixture research.
