The temperature on our morning causeway walk was in the mid to upper 70s, with low humidity.
We listened to our audio book which made the walk much more enjoyable. While walking on the beach, we didn't need headphones, but along the causeway trail we each shared an earpiece. On the narrow bridges, we disconnected to discuss the book or think of questions to discuss.
We were on our bikes, but stopped at Publix on the way home. While packing up the items in the backpack and John's crate on the back of his electric bike, I accidentally broke one of the BOGO pasta sauces. So today it was BOBO: buy one, bust one (on the sidewalk).
Our usual sandwich: turkey and swiss with sriracha hummus. The fruit bowls continue to evolve with the addition of vegetables: navel orange, grapes, cucumber, broccoli, blue berries, cottage cheese, peach yogurt, and honey mustard dressing--a sweet and sour burst of flavor.
After lunch, I headed to the outdoor gym.
The high temperature today was 87 degrees, but there was a good breeze.
While resting, I caught this squirrel eating some nuts.
Afterwards, I crossed the street, took in the views, and then rode up Victoria Drive to the Dunedin Marina.

This is a good shot of the full marina looking back towards Main Street.
Today's bike routes to the causeway, Weaver Park, the marina, and Publix twice
We rode our bikes back to Publix to pick up a sub for dinner.
Miles walked: 8.3
Miles biked: 17.43

Love your pics. The squirrel with the nut was my fav.
ReplyDeleteSorry about BOBO.. what a mess that must have been. I had a good day. Lots of laundry, change sheets, banking, 2 errands and dinner. I am enjoying a burst of energy. 👏👏
