Saturday

Toby's new collar came today. The blue one was the one he came with and the clasp broke. We got this one online for $7. It has the burberry pattern like his harness. Such a handsome little guy.

We've enjoyed another beautiful day with temperatures in the mid to upper 80s, humidity in the mid 30s, and winds around 10 mph.

Toby's burning off some energy before dinner.

John got these shots of a butterfly this morning.

After our morning Toby walk, we put him in the crate to nap while we hopped on our bikes and headed north to Wall Springs Park on the Pinellas Trail.

We used the bridge to cross Alt-19.

We locked up our bikes at Wall Springs and walked the Coastal Trail.

The trail itself is worth the walk, but the views at the end are fantastic. The smells and breezes let you know you are at the water.

The trail is very shaded and quite beautiful.

When we got home, we fixed a huge lunch and then crashed, sleeping for an hour. Toby joined us.

We passed this little bunny on our early morning walk. He was quite a brave bunny.

Toby, relaxing in the front yard with his new collar.

Today's bike route to Wall Springs Park, 7 miles north of home on the Pinellas Trail

Miles walked: 7.6
Miles biked: 13.12
