Sunday

We rode our bikes to Clearwater this morning after our neighborhood Toby walk.

This is the Bait House restaurant on Clearwater Beach, just before the bridge that takes you back to the causeway.

It looks like an interesting place to eat. John picked up a menu.

The skies were cloudy, but the temperature was nice.

Somewhere in the distance is the Dunedin Causeway (about 6 miles away).

The corkscrew from the marina to the causeway bridge was fun, as usual.

Back in Dunedin, we scoped out these “Luxury Tiny Houses” recently built downtown.

$170 per night on Air B&B

Lunch fruit and veggie bowl (turkey and cheese sandwich, not pictured)
Apple, beets, cherries, yellow peppers, broccoli, peach yogurt, blueberries, cottage cheese

Mom and Dad dropped by after church and lunch. Toby was much better. He will eventually get accustomed to them. Frequent visits help.

We plan to meet Mom & Dad after their breakfast at Home Plate and after our Toby walk tomorrow. Mom will go to her Zumba class at the Hale recreation center and we’ll head across the street to the library with Dad so he can return and check out more books on our library card.

John and I will probably ride our bikes and walk the Pinellas Trail instead of the usual causeway walk. John said the Red Tide was making him cough today at the beach, so the trail will be better.

John fixed curry chicken and rice and peas for dinner.

After dinner we drove down to see Mom and Dad. We wanted to bike, but a thunderstorm changed our plans.

Mom wants me to paint a picture of Dunedin oranges. I think I can use these for inspiration.

This one is a good close up to use.
