Toby was a lazy hound this morning. He stayed in bed under his blanket until he heard his kibble container being opened.
Toby had another good day today. After our long morning walk with him, it started raining so John and I were unable to walk on the causeway. We sat around and read while Toby slept without having to be crated. He took another nap with John after lunch. We played fetch once (and mopped the floor again) and went on a couple of neighborhood walks.
Our new plants seem to be happy. They’re blooming like crazy.
We rounded up all the baby food we bought that had onion powder to donate to the food bank. Onions are toxic for dogs. (I would not have guessed that.) We went to Dollar General to get more suitable baby food. John made some more treats with flour, baby food, and chicken broth. He skipped the silicone cooking mold and just did it by hand.

I can’t believe the amount of rain you are getting. Hey not complaining—- just as Pam stated the break in our weather is fabulous. I walked in long sleeves this morning. Toby was so sweet waiting for his dog friend. Good job John on the dog treats. They were all perfect. Your flowers are lovely AND blooming.
