Merry Christmas 2021
A Florida snowman
We rode our bikes out to Honeymoon Island this morning for a walk on the beach.
The beach was more crowded than we thought it would be. But it was 75 degrees, so of course people were at the beach.
We walked past the crowds.
We couldn’t resist these two guys. They kindly let us take their picture.
We’re experimenting with selfie configurations. It’s tough when one of us is 6’4” and the other 5’7”.
These folks brought their tree to the beach.
We made it to our second party in two days. We had a good time, but we’re exhausted. I thought it was a great idea to have a drop-in party Christmas night. The hosts didn’t have any nearby family, so they celebrated with the folks who lived around them. People who had guests for the holidays could drop in and stay for a while and leave to rejoin their family. Others who didn’t have family nearby could stay for hours. It worked out well.
Toby got a little overlooked today. We promised him it’s our last party for a while.
Today’s bike route to Honeymoon Island
