We took Toby to daycare this morning and headed to the causeway under threat of rain.
The temperature was in the mid 70s with a light breeze. We made it through our usual walk without encountering any rain. The forecast called for intermittent rain showers.
So, the only way we could think of to make it rain was to take the car for a car wash. Our car was the dirtiest it had ever been. Now, it's like a new car. On our way to pick up Toby, it started to sprinkle, mission accomplished.
It was lightly sprinkling on our late afternoon Toby walk.
Toby and I took a shower while John did laundry. John put the blankets on the back of the sofa straight from the dryer. While we had dinner, Toby snuggled up with the warm blankets.
Toby is keeping warm and snuggled.
