Our hydrangeas under the magnolia are blooming.
Our table from NC arrived with my family on Monday. It got caught in the pandemic shutdown: I was using it as a computer desk at my parents’ house when the college closed, and I relocated to Florida without it. John ordered a Buddha statue from Amazon, and I placed it on top to welcome it home and to welcome guests as they come in the front door. May all who enter find wisdom and enlightenment.
We all went to Carvor’s for lunch, even Toby. We then went to Hammock Park to walk the fern trail.
The high today was 82 with a good 11 mph breeze from the northwest. I don’t think you could find more lovely weather.
The immense jungle as Conrad would say makes the people seem small in comparison. Looks like it in these photos.
Yesterday we ate at Olde Bay Cafe at the marina.

We switched tables soon after this photo, looking for the warmth of the sun at the table next door.
I resized the bicycles yesterday and John and I delivered the bikes to my sister and mom. John and I padded our miles yesterday by walking home. My sister rode by above.

Today Pam and mom rode all the way to Clearwater.
My sister and I rode up to Wall Springs Park this afternoon. We did the loop and the coastal trail. Great ride.

John took this picture of helicopters in formation.
Another formation.

This morning, we walked the Pinellas Trail to Weaver Park. We talked to my mom who was having coffee outside while we waited for my sister to wake up (10:00). Yesterday and Tuesday morning, John and I walked the causeway.
We’ve made several trips to the community center, keeping Toby fulfilled.
Miles walked: 16
Miles biked: 25.67
