Our flowers by the mailbox
It was so hot today that we went to Publix after walking Toby in the neighborhood and skipped the trail and the causeway. There was no breeze at 9:00, and it was already in the mid 80s.
We settled for walking in the neighborhood on short walks.
I didn't take a single picture today. These are all from John.
We got distracted today and forgot all about the primary. We are bummed. We downloaded a sample ballot and did research and everything. We had planned to drive to Clearwater to vote during early voting, but decided to wait until Election Day. My calendar was marked for early voting, so I didn't mark today as election day. Boo!
We tried a new dish from our Chinese restaurant tonight: sesame tofu. It was great, totally different taste.

Miles biked: 9.56
We had a very civil interesting conversation with mom and dad about desantis and the state of our country on the way home from Floyd.

Your flowers are beautiful. Enjoyed your call today. I rested after tennis and trouble shooting why my mower wouldn’t start. Tried again an hour later and it started right up. Eating a delicious tomato and basil sandwich from my garden. Going to the tennis tournament again tonight but with my Miller Park team.
ReplyDeleteMike is doing much better. Jeff and Julie are with him. He keeps forgetting he is in the hospital and tries to take his IV’s out and take off his hospital gown. They have their hands full.
Maggie is doing much better also. She hangs out with me and barks when she wants to go for a walk.
