Friday

After lunch, I rode my bike down the Pinellas Trail to Weaver Park to the outdoor gym. It was a beautiful afternoon with a high temperature of 81 degrees.

A very sunny day, but plenty of shade at the gym.

After the gym workout, I rode further south on the trail to Clearwater. I looked for manatees at Stevenson Creek, but didn’t see any today.

I did se this huge fish.

Beautiful day, although I was a little sad that my sister was back in North Carolina.

This morning after our Toby walk, we got on our bikes and rode north on the Pinellas Trail to Palm Harbor to vote.

There wasn’t much of a line. We had our marked sample ballots with us to help. Our ballot was four pages long.

This was our route to The Center in PH where we vote early.

I caught Toby napping in the sun while I was making lunch.

We drove Toby to Highlander Park for a late afternoon walk.

There’s going to be an arts and craft festival this weekend at the park.

We watched them setting up as we walked.

Today’s bike routes to Palm Harbor, Weaver Park, and Clearwater

Miles walked: 4
Miles biked: 22.42

  1. It was chilly this morning and again tonight. Went to a dermatologist visit early. Everything checked out except for one place that she biopsied. I bought groceries, then went to a racial justice event with Jeff and lunch afterward with a friend of his. They talked racial justice stuff and I ate fried okra and macaroni and cheese. Then we rode our bikes 9 miles and later walked three. Got unpacked, fixed baked carrots and a chicken pot pie from Trader Joe’s for dinner.

    Missing my Fla peeps!
Going to bed early as we were up late last night getting in late from Fla.

  2. We enjoyed our Super Club family tonight. Great support group. I plan to go to GStone in the morning for a work day for our Celebration of Lights in December. Thanks for your blog. Love to all.
