The high today was 80 degrees, John and Pam’s threshold for comfort. It was mostly sunny with an 8-10 mph breeze. We made it back to the causeway to walk this morning.
The water was clear and there was no sign of Red Tide.
It was good to get out and walk. We drove to the causeway so we could go grocery shopping on the way home, with more groceries than our bikes can hold.
After lunch, I rode my bike to the outdoor gym at Weaver Park to exercise. It was a struggle today, just a bit off. I persevered for almost an hour before heading home.
I enjoyed looking up into the sky while I did my stretching exercises.
John got this wonderful squirrel picture on our afternoon walk around Lake Saundra. The squirrel has a nut in his mouth—happy squirrel.
Chicken salad for dinner
Last walk of the night, 72 degrees.
Beautiful skies today
Today, Dunedin is having a St. Patrick’s Day celebration downtown. The main streets are blocked and there are bands and lots of food and beer.
Toby ate something that didn’t agree with him. He’s had diarrhea all day. We’ve been attentive to take him outside whenever he needs to go.
Miles walked: 13
Miles biked: 5.80

Enjoying our time with Bud and Rosanne even though it is not much warmer here.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoyed dinner with Ted/Mary Martha at a nice seafood place in Raleigh. Dawn Puckett/ husband walked in. A wonderful surprise. Perry comforting to know you also have low exercise days. I finally kicked butt after almost a week off and MADE myself get back to the gym. I finally have nothing on my calendar for tomorrow. I intend to take advantage of the freedom. Love to all.
