John got this shot from our morning causeway walk. The breeze was light this morning and it felt like summer, even though the temperature was only in the mid 70s. The breeze makes a big difference.

After lunch, we took Toby to Highlander Park for a walk in the shade.
We took a shortcut through a sandy patch. Toby came home with gray boots. As a result, he got a shower when he got home.
We had another delicious salad with chicken chunks, avocado, blood orange, and walnuts.

Miles biked: 5.34
Dad did well with his test today. A LONG day for him. We have an appointment for a report on his cardiac tests/holster later this month. Tomorrow we go back to big Duke for a dermatology check up for Dad. This is a busy week for him. Kudos to Pam for help with a Facebook matter tonight.
