We enjoyed a nice bike ride and causeway walk this morning. Today, there was a good breeze, about 7-10 mph, so we stayed comfortable in the 78 degree weather.
The temperature did warm up to 90 degrees as the day progressed. I skipped the gym today. We stayed inside except for short walks. I did my stretching exercises at home. I needed a rest anyway. We’ve been going full tilt for a while.

ReplyDeleteMy weeds look like weeds. This weed would look great in a bud vase. Dad’s dermatology appointment went very well today. No biopsies therefore no Mohs surgery👏👏. He had several places treated with spray freeze. Thankful. He has an echocardiogram at 9:00 in the morning. This concludes his heart testing. He has an appointment next week to get results of holster, NST, echocardiogram. Glad to get these appointments behind him. We had a beautiful day today but cooler/rainy weather is predicted. UG
