I did some yoga at home, and then John and I rode to Weaver park where he dropped me off and continued on to the marina. I did weights for about 30 minutes, from 9:30-10:00. It was so hot. The high today is supposed to be 93 degrees.

After exercising, I rode my bike down Victoria Drive and on to the marina to sit in the shade and watch boats come and go.
A nice spot with shade and a good breeze.
Toby plopped down in the grass this afternoon. Too hot to piss.
We all love the A/C today.
