We tried a new recipe: Spicy Basil Chicken Stir Fry
We deviated from the instructions and cooked it in a crockpot. It was still good and easy to prepare. I think the flavors might have been more pronounced if prepared according to the directions. We've never used oyster sauce before.
We had it again for leftovers, but this time we remembered the lime juice at the end. Plus, we added an avocado for garnish. Much better.
We learned to use denatured alcohol to wipe down our countertops, after cleaning them with soap and warm water.
Interesting about the alcohol. That would prevent the streaks caused by soapy water.
