We made it to Countryside Marble and Tile this afternoon. We found one tile that might work. It is white, slip resistant, rectified, and in our budget. We even found a grout color (Frost) that would work.
The tile is from Spain, made by Happy Floors. It's called Carpenter Albar.
There is no variation in color, only shadows from my camera.
We both think it's very close to the color of our walls: Site White.
It looks white in this context.
It looks gray to me when it's surrounded by pink. We want to avoid the “zebra” look of our current tile. That’s what our designer calls it. But we’re afraid this sample is too plain. We thought a simple, white tile would be common, but it has been hard to find.

Tile sample looks great and good grout choice. Ya’ll make these choices look so simple.
