The workers made a bit more progress today.
They finished the kitchen.
They finished the dining room.
And finished the eat-in kitchen.
The bedroom is still the same, but we talked to the boss about the shower tiles, which direction, what pattern, etc. They suggested a random vertical pattern for the decorative shower tiles to give the illusion of movement. He says a predictable pattern, either brick or stacked, will get boring to look at over time.
They didn't make it to the laundry room, but we got the washer and dryer moved into the garage and the tiles scraped up.
Progress. I finally got my dining room and office stuff back in their rightful places. I decluttered and have four boxes of stuff to take to goodwill and the snob. We will borrow a trailer to take the furniture pieces and rug. It feels good to let things go.
