We took a bike ride out to Honeymoon Island this afternoon. The warm sun felt good. Looking forward to temperatures in the mid 70s this week after our recent cold spell.
Lunch in the dining room, overlooking our stack of cold weather gear: hoodies, buffs, heavy jackets, etc.
We make a crockpot full of chicken breasts; then freeze half. The other half gets chopped up for sandwiches. We are trying to avoid processed deli meat.
