Because of the renovations and the constant movement of furniture, workers tracking in and out, and debris everywhere, we've only been able to spot clean over the last two years or so. We're slowly putting things back together.
Today was inside window and door cleaning day. I got the step ladder out and did a good cleaning of the glass and frames.
I raised the windows and cleaned out the tracks and screens.
I skipped exercise this morning so that I'd have plenty of energy to clean. I considered it my stretching and cardio workout.
John went running after our morning walk with Toby.
I repaired one of the latches in the window above the tub the same way I fixed the others yesterday. Now, all our windows latch properly.
John worked outside weeding the beds and ran errands for us.
After lunch, I cleaned the 16 panels of glass in the sunroom sliders--8 on the inside and 8 on the outside. I guess it's called a sunroom for a reason. There are another 8 windows to the outside that I cleaned yesterday.
I spent the time to scrape paint specks and drywall mud off the glass . . .
. . . and grunge out of the tracks.
I used our indoor ladder not only to reach the tall windows but also as a work station to keep up with all of my cleaning accessories. It made it easier to move at once and it kept me from having to bend over so much.
We made hearty whole wheat burritos stuffed with tilapia, fire-roasted corn, fire-roasted tomatoes, black beans, red/green/yellow peppers, and black olives. We rolled them up and topped them with enchilada sauce.

SOOOOOO IMPRESSED!!!!!!!! SOOOO MOTIVATING!!!!!!
