John stayed home to do yard work while I biked to Clearwater Beach for exercise. 

I arrived around 9:00 a.m. and did some stretching.

Then I walked on the beach. I watched the lifeguards swimming. Once they get to shore they run down the beach.

I walked.

I stopped at the exercise area just before the main bridge and did some strength training. The city of Clearwater has added at least four more workout stations along the causeway trail, paid for by the Hulk Hogan Foundation.

It's a good idea for this linear park which gets so much use from walkers, joggers, and bikers. They will be able to walk and stop at workout stations along the 1.5 mile trail. It would be really nice if they added some shade cover, but it's not too bad at 9:00 when we pass through.

John dug up some flowers that were leggy.

John dug up an orange tree and some sort of weed tree. We'll fill the depression with some dirt and let the grass cover it.

The setting sun cast a rainbow on our sunroom floor.
