Our new iMac finally arrived this afternoon. John is happy to have a more capable machine to power his game. I’ve learned to do almost everything on my phone, but it will be nice to have the bigger view when creating things like spreadsheets or lists.

We thought we ordered silver, but blue showed up. We checked our receipt and it said “blue.” That was our second choice, so no big deal. Evidently, we confused the Apple person and we failed to review our receipt carefully.

We enjoyed a mostly sunny causeway walk this morning.

We played fetch with Toby several times this afternoon.

I drove to the outdoor gym to get a workout in before the afternoon thunderstorms rolled through. I made it just in time.

Mom and Dad spent the day shopping for Dad. They have yet to find that special pair of sneakers he’s looking for. They covered a lot of territory though.

We had Egg Foo Young takeout for dinner. Mom and Dad ate leftovers.

These afternoon thunderstorms are getting annoying. They cut into Toby’s afternoon and evening walks and play time. It’s too hot for him to walk midday unless we take him to the community center for shade. They limit our walking and biking opportunities too. The next three days look better, no thunderstorms.
