Today started off foggy but turned out to be pretty nice. We wore t-shirts and shorts all day. The high temperature was 80 degrees.
My rehab continues. I did a light workout, mostly stretching as I continue to heal from my sprained arm. So far, I have not felt any pain. I continue to use my compression arm brace for support whenever I do anything strenuous. I haven’t tried a pull-up yet, but that’s my goal. Slow and steady.
The water and warm temperatures continue to inspire me. Tomorrow is supposed to be cooler, down to 64. Boo!
John got this picture of the witches’ float progress for Mardi Gras.
This morning’s causeway walk was very foggy.
Today’s bike route to Weaver Park
We’re settling in to watch “Soundtrack,” a musical-like series about how a married couple meet and get married. The chronology is all mixed up. It begins with the wife’s death and then flashes back to how they met. It’s funny and sweet.
Miles walked: 13.4
Miles biked: 5.49
