We dropped Toby off at daycare and headed to the causeway to walk. We parked at the tidal bridge and walked to Honeymoon Island. When we got to bath house #2, we walked on the beach towards the north.
John got these close up shots. Notice the wing at the top from a bird in flight.
This shot is amazing. He’s very patient and sees things I don’t even see.
After lunch, we picked up Toby, and while John and Toby took a nap, I rode my bike south on the Pinellas Trail, all the way to the intersection with Alt. 19 in Clearwater. That ride helped me justify a Jet’s pizza for dinner. We call it pizza cake.
I stopped at Stevenson Creek to take a picture of the condo progress.
I took a second to look up and appreciate the beautiful sky. Hard to believe there are evil men contemplating war today.
I stopped at the Weaver Park pier.

I’m liking this 10-day forecast. It’s about time for consistently good weather! This weather is worthy of snowbirds looking for relief. Not sure why they bother coming down in January and the first two weeks of February. I guess it’s all relative.
I love that arm propped up on the back of the sofa while he sleeps.
Toby fell asleep during our dinner with his kitty toy in his mouth. John bought it for $3, and it’s lasted for weeks. Go figure. He destroys his expensive toys.
This toy he will cry to get to when the bedroom doors are shut.
Today’s bike ride into Clearwater
We finished watching season 2 of “Girls from Ipanema” on Netflix. It ended with a great cliffhanger.
Miles walked: 10
Miles biked: 11.79
